My calendar has shifted all of my meetings over 1 day. For example, all of my meetings today 3/4 appear to be on 3/5 but my office still has them on 3/4. I have restarted my computer and teams and this has not been resolved. Thinking this could be a Leap Day error.

BINGO!
Now my "Work Week" has shifted by one, and my "Week" has shifted by two. Are they just... making it worse?
I have the same problem. When you switch from work week to week view, it shows wrong shifting one day.
This is happening for some of my users now too. They have meetings on the weekend so changing to "Work Week" is not helping resolve the issue.
This happened to me today in the desktop client. Yesterday I did not notice that the days were off, but it would force the meetings I set to be for the next day and I would have to open up each meeting and correct the date. Today, the whole calendar is off by one day, reflecting for ex, that today (Thursday 3/14/24) is in fact Friday 3/14/2024.
It does not do this in the browser (https://teams.microsoft.com)
I do not have anyone else in my org.
