My calendar has shifted all of my meetings over 1 day. For example, all of my meetings today 3/4 appear to be on 3/5 but my office still has them on 3/4. I have restarted my computer and teams and this has not been resolved. Thinking this could be a Leap Day error.

The same thing happened to me. My meetings in teams are wrong but the one in Outlook are still correct. It happened after I did an update to Teams NEW. During a meeting, my teams shut down and I was given the opportunity to switch back to the previous version of Teams which I accepted. At this moment, all my meetings got shifted by a day.
I have the same and I scrolled down that changing the setting to work week did solve it.
Guess this has something to do with Feb 29 2024.
This is a MS issue: User impact: Users may see calendar meetings in Microsoft Teams classic offset by a day. More info: This issue may affect any user utilizing Microsoft Teams classic on the desktop or web versions. This impacts when the calendar is set to week view. Current status: We identified a code misconfiguration within Microsoft Teams that's causing the calendar schedule to be offset by a day. We've developed a fix and are deploying it to the affected environment to remediate the impact.
There are a couple reply posts already mentioned that this doesn't happen in the NEW Teams. Please switch to new teams by using the switch near the upper left corner or download the latest version if you are allowed to perform installation. Change to "work week" view doesn't really fix it because weekend days are missing. Maybe most people having this issue have company issued laptops which don't allow SW installation?
