My calendar has shifted all of my meetings over 1 day. For example, all of my meetings today 3/4 appear to be on 3/5 but my office still has them on 3/4. I have restarted my computer and teams and this has not been resolved. Thinking this could be a Leap Day error.

Same to me,
the entire week got shifted
I was able to find a more suitable work around for this issue. There is a post here How to fix work week calendar missing days in Microsoft Teams – Business Tech Planet
If you work through the following instructions, it will lock your "Work Week" and "Week" to show Sunday-Saturday, but it will also provide the correct event and appointments on their respective dates.
Firstly, open Office 365.
As a user who has the New version of Teams NOT approved by our IT department, unless there is a true fix for this it looks like this may be the best work around we have.
Hi Team,
on the Right-side top, if we select as week, then all calendar meeting moving to one day off, you can change it to work week, then it will set to correct date setting, the issue is resolved , Please check.
Thanks,
