Hello! I want to ask something in connection with online training, which took place on 04.12.2021. Today I was informed that since the system did not register my presence (and I participated in this training) they cannot issue me a certificate. How can I prove that I entered their meeting through your platform? I entered the calendar, typed edu.mon in the search engine, and then the appointments appear, but without Saturdays and Sundays, and the training was on Saturdays. How can I show Saturdays too and prove myself right? Thanks!

Is there information from 04.12.2021 that I participated in online training, but the organizers claim that I did not. We have a laptop at home. The problem is more about my wife, to whom they refuse to give a certificate. One of us was turned on from the laptop and the other from the phone, but the system did not recognize it.
