I am trying to activate Copilot in my OneNote. I have updated my OneNote registry key with "Microsoft.Office.OneNote.Copilot" with a value of true. I have all updates and restarted my computer. But the Copilot ribbon icon is grayed out and will not activate. What am I missing?

    If that's the case, I would like to know what version of Office you have? Kindly provide us a screenshot of the product information just like the image below. About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support

    In the meantime, I would recommend that you update your Office program. In that way you can get the latest updates for your Office applications. Install Office updates - Microsoft Support

    Thanks for the above, it is the same instructions I received from copilot preview.

    I checked the add-ins within OneNote options. And there are no add-ins at all, despite adding copilot to the registry key. I also followed through on Repairing the office installation, But that did not make any changes.

    I have completed all the trouble shooting steps below, and still no joy:
