iOS App for Microsoft Loop keeps crashing at startup

Hi

since version 2.80 the Microsoft Loop app for iOS keeps crashing at start up.

When I delete it and reinstall it works once or twice when opening. After that it does not work anymore.

It only shows the logo and then crashes.

First I thought it had to do with Microsoft Intune policies (because it showed there a message that data is now protected with corporate policies) when adding my work account. but even after reinstall when I do not add the work account and only my private microsoft account it keeps crashing.

I have iOS version 17.1.2 - but it worked before on that version.

    My wife IPhone has the same problem. This is a personal phone Iphone 13 with all the latest updates and Loop update. When she open the shared project I sent her she get "OooPs something went wrong" and she cannot do anything. If she uninstall the app and reinstall it works for a 1 time use and then it crashes again with same message when she goes back into the app. It has been like this since she tried to use the app over 8 months ago.

    I have the same issues which persists even after following the trouble shooting steps proposed above.

    We were doing some basic testing of the Microsoft Loop app before publishing on our company portal site. I installed on multiple iPhones one with the latest 17.2.1 and one with 16.6.1 and after installing the app you login, it gets our app protection policies and seems to work normal but once you close of the app go to open again it just flashes and closes out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still see the same experience. Any help would be appreciated.

    there was an update to the app and now seems to be ok. will come back if that changes.
