I have Microsoft 365 subscription. However, why am I not seeing the Office Insider icon under File -> Account?

It seems that your not seeing the Office Insider Icon on any of your Office products. We need to investigate this to find the best possible solution to this issue. Let's work on this together.

To better understand the situation, we would like to ask some question, such as:

• What Microsoft 365 Version and Edition are you using?

In some occasions, if the Office Insider button will not appear, it means that you are already part of the program. To confirm this, open any Office product like Word or Excel and you will determine if you are part of the program if it shows "Current Channel is (Preview)"

Thank you for your reply! Out of ideas, I did an uninstall and then reinstalled. I was able to now see the "Microsoft 365 Insider". Just a question wondering if anyone knows the answer.

From the Insider program, there are 2 channels to join, Beta and Preview. Which channels offers Copilot? Thank you!

If the icon is missing, you might already be part of the program. Let's check this together. Open a Microsoft Office application like Word or Excel and look for "Current Channel is (Preview)".
