TTM Revenue

Hi,

We are having a issue with our TTM Revenue. What's displayed for the month is lesser than what we have earned, it's over a 40% difference.

Has anyone come across this issue before? Whom should we reach out to?

    Thanks for getting back.

    Since you are using 12 months Cloud revenue, I would liek to set your proper expectation that this is not a Microsoft product.

    To better assist you with this, I would recommend contacting the right support team for TTM Revenue. In that way you can get proper support for your product. As much as I would love to help you, I only have limited resources about TTM Revenue software.

    Greetings! Thanks so much for replaying.

    We are using only 12 months Cloud revenue.

    Also, annual commitment we calculated for 12 months but monthly commitment only the months billed are taken.
