Sign Up for Insider, but can't find the button

Am I blind? I must be missing something... 

This article (https://insider.office.com/en-us/join) seems to clearly explain how to sign up for the Insider's program. But I can't find the "Office Insider" button (see screenshot)

What did I miss? 

My goal is to get XLOOKUP for Excel.

    While the button is cut off, were you able to click on it or press enter after you accepted the terms and conditions? If you were able to, what happens when you try to manually check for updates? If it doesn't find any updates, can you check and see if you are still on build 1911 (12228.20364)?

    Thank you - that was very helpful but I'm still stuck. 

    I searched for insider, found it, got a dialog box with terms and conditions, and I thought I joined... but I still don't have XLOOKUP? Do I need to reinstall office?  Did I miss something?  

    Here's my screen... also, why can't I see the buttons at the botton?

    Yes, you should still be able to sign up for the Office Insider program with your personal account. There is no need for you to upgrade to ProPlus. If you use the universal search bar within the app and search for 'Insider', do you see an option for Office Insider?

    Thank you for your reply, Evan. I have Office 365 Personal. Can I still sign up for Insider with a personal account? Or do I need to upgrade to a Pro Account?

    Hello,

    Are you using Office 365 ProPlus? If so, you will need to use the deployment tool to enroll in the Office Insider Program.
