My Draw tab is missing all the drawing pens... (in safe mode everything os ok...)

All my pens are missing from my drawing tools...

But everything appears to be ok if i launch powerpoint in safe mode

I've already disabled all the addins, and made a quick and complete repair using office setup.

Any clues ?

    We can confirm your are using the Insider Fast update channel of Office and we moved this question to the corresponding category as you may find users who are experiencing a similar issue and get possible useful suggestions.

    I'm willing to help you but the Insider Fast is beyond our support scope so I'm not able to directly do tests due to the limit resources. Hoping you can find a solution soon.

    Hi Tiago,

    I think you already done most of the troubleshooting steps and you may try to uninstall Office and reinstall it to check the results.

    Step1: Uninstall Office from a PC

    *Use the uninstall support tool to confirm Office have been completely uninstalled.

    Step2: Reinstall Office 365 on your PC.

    Besides, may I know the update channel and detailed version of Office you are using? I can do some tests on the specific PowerPoint client.

    *In PowerPoint, click File -> Account, on the Product information panel, you can find the detailed version and update channel of PowerPoint on the About PowerPoint section.
