Hi,
I am unable to paste a image (from ex Word) into PowerPoint, but only with the shortcut. I can paste it with the right click menu etc.
It plays the default Windows error sound, displays no error though.
(I've already tried uninstalling, repairing, switching bit versions, you name it, everything.)
I'm able to use it though in the Office Insider build. But without doing any other actions, it looks like this:

As you can see there's a small invisible picture/square thing.
This only seems to happen with big pictures though. This is the picture I was trying to paste in the screenshot:

Anyone knows why this odd behavior happens, or how to resolve it?

EDIT: See my post below for the other issue. It seems that you need a few clicks to paste a jpg over a png.
Also, it seems the issue is solved in the insider build. Hopefully they will roll it out to the main branch soon.
