Hi WatcharaponRongtong,

Thanks for the post, though that's not much to go on. That error popped up with Office 2007 installs that I can find.

According tothis old post, it occurred when there were remains of an old version of Office when Office 2007 was being installed.

Are you trying to install an Office Insider version or retail? Also are you using Windows 10 Insider or retail , or another version of Office.
