When I try to insert online picture or 3D models from online source the search window appears. When I type something in the search bar of that window or click on the category, the message appears: "Something went wrong. Please try again".

Version Office 365 MSO 16.10927.20000 32 bit

How can I fix it?

Hi xshima,

Try the following as this fixed the issue for some users that reported the same issue to me -

Internet Option > Advanced > Security > Do not save encrypted page to disk (make sure this option is unchecked)

Restart Powerpoint & try to insert 3D model from online sources.

Regards,

Steve.
