I am still unable to launch my One Note:

My Office Product is up to date.

I went to delete the registry keys, but I do not see this Reg Key listed:

  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Licensing\CurrentSkuIdForApp
  • I created the Windows Registry Editor file above and ran it.

You will probably need to google Onenote Crashing to solve this. It isn't due to the issues reported in the thread you originally posted to. A few possibilities:

    • Do an online repair and see if that fixes it. You do that in the Add/Remove programs section in Windows.
    • Uninstall, reboot, and reinstall Office.
    • Clear out all of the downloaded cache of your onenote database. A corrupt database/note could cause this.
    • Delete your custom dictionary for Office. I've seen a corrupt .dic file cause crashes and weird behavior.

Those are just suggestions to get you going.

It looks like you aren't running the latest available version of OneNote based on the error log you provided. Can you open another Office application and check for updates? Once you've updated, let us know if this continues.
