Restore Azure resources deleted from Resource group using ADF ARM deployment in complete mode

Hi Team,

I have executed ADF ARM template through CI/CD(Azure DevOps) in complete mode in QA env. It deleted all resources from QA Resource group.

All resources were created manually. We do not have ARM or other IaC for resources.

In the deployment history we are not able to find any Network related resources deployed. We are not sure any Network related resources was available or not in resource group.

Please help where we can find list of all deleted resource from resource group and how i can restore all deleted resources in resource groups.

how we can revert particular ARM deployment changes?
