A Microsoft application for managing email, calendars, contacts, and tasks across devices and platforms.
Hi Kris,
I'll send it along now.

This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
This is a double post as I'm not sure that I posted in the OficeInsider area before.
This update seems to have screwed up my signature. Until now my signature had one image that was not embedded but a link. Now this behaviour seemed to have changed and the image is embedded in the message. Can we have the old behaviour restored?

The signature files are not in HTML or human-readable form, so manual editing is not really an option.
Ok thanks John.
Can you provide an ETA for the fix if possible please. I can live with this if the fix will make it in next month's insider update.
I suppose a feature request would be for an HTML editor in the signature box.
Regards,
Jeremy
We don't have an ETA at this time. There is more than one issue affecting signatures (images and fonts), and we are still investigating fixes and how best to roll them out.
The signature files are not in HTML or human-readable form, so manual editing is not really an option.
And that's a shame, because now Mac Outlook behave more like its Windows counter part (embedding image if you paste it in the signature dialog, or at least that's how it used to be) but at least on Windows it is still a plain HTML file behind the scene so workaround is possible.
I know there might be tons of reasons for having Mac Outlook use a proprietary - and obscure - .olk15signature file format but at least with plain HTML files under the hood, the Signature Editor could be completely broken and we would still be able to get the desired results by working at the file level.
