installed in a Mac with business account for licensing

connected to my personal one drive. @hotmail.com live account

    I have exactly the same issue.  I can not open the notebook, but if I revert to the old version 16.23, they open fine, then will sun in the version 16.24.

    Same errors, and 16.23 works fine

    I am having this exact issue and I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling onenote. The online version works fine. When I log into the stand alone and click open notebook none of my notebooks are there. I have to go to the recent tab to find any notebooks. When I think try to open a notebook it opens but nothing is in it. The error I get says to sign in to sync this notebook. I also discovered today I cannot make new notebooks in onenote either. It seems I can do nothing with the stand alone version at this time. I have uninstalled and even cleared credentials. I am on 16.24. I use onenote with a microsoft package I purchased from school. Mac, office 2016.

    1. Same issue when trying to create a new notebook.
    2. I also can't see the onenote files in the File Open menu, I have to call up recent notebooks.

    Same problem here.

    This is not the first time the Fast Insider release of OneNote has had major problems syncing notebooks.  This may be the 3rd time I've seen this happen.  In the past the next Fast release has always fixed the problem.
