I have set up office insider to "insider" as opposed to the monthly channel option and keep checking for updates but I cannot get version 1908 to load.
Using office 365 on a dell laptop with windows 10.
Is there a way to find and download version 1908? Does it not roll out to everyone all at once?

The latest Insider build of Office 365 on Windows is 1907 (11091.20038), there is not a 1908 build available yet.

There are two versions of Outlook as of July 3rd 2019:
Insider = 1908 Build: 11924.20004
Monthly Channel (Targeted) = 1907 Build: 11901.20176
