That alone confirms you're on an Insider build. " You mentioned in an earlier message that this applies to Windows 10. I've installed the Insider version of O365 under Windows 7 and do not see the Feedback option under the File menu and have version 16.0.6001.1038. I elected to download the full installer rather than install via click to run. Did someone distribute the wrong version in the full downloadable installer, or do different versions of Windows get different version numbers or ??? Do I in fact have the Insider version the site told me I was getting or should I ask who at Microsoft gets the invoice for the wasted time? ;- <-- That's my emoji for "Only half joking"

(Elon Musk’s companies have been late for shipping dates, but they’re helping change the world: seems a good trade-off! ;) Definitely helpful – and appreciate the quick reply! Garth Snyder

That alone confirms you're on an Insider build. :-) I can't confirm exact dates, but the new update will start rolling out soon, and when that happens, you'll see the new features. Thanks Anneliese Wirth for all the explanation! So, is the presence of File/Feedback a 100% confirmation of enrollment in Insider? Or can any Office user access it? Also wondering, can I assume, we maybe shouldn't take the Morph and Designer roll-out dates (specified for Insiders) too literally/precisely? Is ~ within a couple days of Monday 23rd a reasonable expectation? (Before installing Insider, I hadn't noticed whether Feedback was present or absent under File .) -Garth Snyder
