I'm with iFiredog on this one. The post says that business users can join the Insider program by signing up for first release. How can I become an Office Insider? Click Install. PC for business use: If you have an Office 365 business or enterprise plan, you can join First Release . Now you say E3 plans can NOT get this? Thoroughly confused.

Thanks for the clarification: ... Office Insider ... builds only go to O365 Home, Personal and University users. So business users don't get to be Insiders. It seems strange that professional users are barred from trying out new features that enthusiastic home users get to test. Don't you think it would be a good idea to amend Nicholas' post to make this clear?

The Office Insider build 16.0.6228.1010 build only goes to O365 Home, Personal and University users. As you are an Office 365 Business user can I point you to these pages for more information.. That alone confirms you're on an Insider build. :-) Having done (1) and followed the tortuous instructions in the article you referred to, I follow (2) and see that I'm not enrolled. So, what have I misunderstood? Or where am I going wrong?

I'm with iFiredog on this one.

Yes you are right! The Office Insider build 16.0.6228.1010 build only goes to O365 Home, Personal and University users.
