    Hi Peter,

What specific version(s), builds, and platforms are you having the issue with?

    Thanks

The latest months fast ring builds. It became to much of a problem for me so I actually for 8 hours ago reinstalled the complete machine. Therefor I cannot verify the build number, sorry.

I tested to do a clean uninstall of Office but the problem remained. Since I'm running a lot of presentations at customer sites talking about all the benefits of Office 365 it was not a good show when powerpoint was crashing repeatedly....

I am running build 17046.rs_prerelease.171118-1403 and experiencing the same issue. I have reinstalled Office 2016 using click to run and am still experiencing this.

So you're running the Insider build, or the retail build? I'm a little confused.

Also, are you getting crashes on PowerPoint as well as Outlook? In Outlook, click File>Support>contact support. In PowerPoint, click File>Feedback>I don't like something, and file reports. Those reports go right to the teams.

If you're running an Insider build now, open PowerPoint, open a new or existing slide deck, then click File>Account and your version should be on that panel somewhere.

    Thanks

    Hi @dmadelung2,

I haven't seen an Insider build number formatted like that yet. Usually they're something like Version 1801 (build 8828.2010). Do you see that when you click File>Account or File>Office account ?

    Thanks
