Gill Sans is not working correctly. Gill Sans Light appears as a serif font and Gill Sans Regular appears as Gill Sans Light?

It appears that this case is not one that was covered by the hotfix today. The best course of action to ensure that this is captured is to use the in-app feedback to submit a report (using the smiley face icon).

Same problem here with Helvetica Neue font after updating to Office/Word 16.9 for Mac (on macOS 10.11.6).

Same problem for us with helvetica neue fonts. After the latest update fonts in 365 word are all wrong.
We have a presentation on Monday and this has screwed it, how long before this is fixed!
I am having the same problem. I used to have all my documents in Helvetica Neue Light and after updating to office 365 Word 16.9, the font looks alot heavier than it used to. I want to revert the fonts back to how they used to look - are there any solutions for this?
Even reverting to the previous version of word?

Can you clarify which issue in this thread you're experiencing? Is it Gill fonts not displaying correctly, or a font missing from Word?
