Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

To help us debug this issue:

    • Go to the "..." Menu in the top right corner of a Loop page
    • Click "About"
    • Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy the session ID and app version
    • Email that with a description of your problem to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

This will give us more context as to what's causing these issues saving workspaces and pages. Thanks for helping us make Loop better!

I have actually tested Loop in two tenants. One is getting this error and the other one is working fine.

Checking the "About" sections for both I see there is a difference in the Appversion.

    Working correctly:

    Sessions-id:18dc5b26-de29-4a91-92db-985fa4f7b9ea

    Appversion:20230228048.92

    Is not Working:

    Session id: 792f6519-b205-4662-8357-3686adc33b4e

    App version: 20230228048.95
