Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

A quick update on workspace creation failures.

We are actively rolling out a change to address Loop ability to be configured with Conditional Access policies. This will only apply to E5 licensed customers who are using CA to control access to apps. We can verify that these customers will continue to see Create Workspace failures when CA is used in their tenant. Please let us know if this is your case so we can keep you updated on upcoming changes.

If you aren't using CA and continue to hit create workspace failures continue to share your session ids.

Lastly, we did identify another error related to users who login with Shared mailboxes. These accounts will receive errors when they create workspaces. We will not address this case at the current time. Please use valid tenant accounts or MSA (for non-Commercial access) to access Loop at this moment.

    Thanks,
    Derek

    Dear Derek,

That s means every customers must move to M365E5 to create a Loop workspace if the customer is using conditional access.

What will be expected behavior if the tenant using secure default?

What will be expected behavior if the customer is using M365Business premium licenses?

PS: This is quite unacceptable to release feature and force the customer to move to M365E5 to use this feature.

    Thank you
    Regards

    John

    John,

The Loop app is still in public preview. However, any licensed customer who leverages CA will still be able to access Loop. There is no requirement to move to E5 to access Loop, with or without CA.

Sorry for the confusion. We are still determining which customers may be hitting the current issue. It likely isn't just E5 customers. Any customer who uses CA will be able to use Loop under their current license.

Hope this clears up your questions.

    Thanks,
    Derek
