Problems getting started error message on every workspace

Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

    Sean,

    Can you share your most recent session ID now that known fixes have rolled out 100%?

    Your case is likely the next layer of issues, but I need to dig into your situation specifically with engineers and a session ID from today will be best.

    Same issue. It's hard to believe this same issue has been going on so long. Seems like it would be easy to pinpoint/fix given it happens when you create your first workspace every time.
