Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Does this mean that customers who subscribe to the "Microsoft 365 Apps for business" license are put in a strange situation when using Loop? In other words, they are allowed to sign in but are plagued with strange errors?

(The following was added) > The Loop app currently requires each Loop user in an AAD tenant to have an Exchange license assigned to them."Microsoft 365 Apps for business" license does not include Exchange and I cannot assign Exchange license. Therefore, I thought that Loop could not be used with a "Microsoft 365 Apps for business" license. If this is correct, then the error should not be "cannot save" but rather "has that limitation".It is strange that the "free" personal Microsoft account can be used but the "paid" "Microsoft 365 Apps for business" cannot.

    Tanner,

The Loop app currently requires each Loop user in an AAD tenant to have an Exchange license assigned to them. If not, users will experience failures in the Loop app, be unable to create new Loop workspaces, will not receive notifications or signals when users collaborate and update, and other experiences may also fail.

You can resolve your issue by assigning an Exchange Online license to all users in your tenant who need access to Loop.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Derek

Derek, what is the solution for people who are running mailboxes in Exchange Hybrid mode?

    Thanks for sharing your information!

You are correct that your error is not associated with assignment of licenses. I will send your session ID to engineering today so that we can attribute it correctly.
