Problems getting started error message on every workspace

Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks to everyone who continues to share their sessions with this error! Our reliability reports are showing improvements, but we also see some errors persisting. This is definitely due to the first fix still rolling out to all data farms. However, there are 1-2 more fixes we are also tracking.

I have taken all the session ids posted on 3/28/2023 and given them to the engineering team so we can attribute them to our known issues. We are looking at this now.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please hang in there with us this week as our number 1 priority is getting all of you into Loop. Sharing your session ids really helps us get clarity on the issue and tracking that we are addressing the problem.

    Tanner,

The Loop app currently requires each Loop user in an AAD tenant to have an Exchange license assigned to them. If not, users will experience failures in the Loop app, be unable to create new Loop workspaces, will not receive notifications or signals when users collaborate and update, and other experiences may also fail.

You can resolve your issue by assigning an Exchange Online license to all users in your tenant who need access to Loop.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Derek
