Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

    Andy,

Please share your session ID so I can send it to our engineers and partners.

We are currently investigating a specific issue with customers who use Conditional Access policies with Loop. After recent fixes have fully deployed this issue has shown to be the biggest impact to reliability of creating Loop workspaces.

    Thanks,
    Derek

Hi all. I haven't seen a reply to this thread for a while, and we're seeing the same issue on our Corporate O365 account.

As soon as you create a new workspace we see "We couldn’t save the Loop workspace and pages you’ve created. They’ll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate away from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Tried with multiple users. It'd be great to get this working to try out.

I have tried with a personal account where it works.

    Hey Derek,

Yeah, I've done a little exploring with a personal account. It's a little clunky but it's so early on. Can't expect it to match Notion right away. Our company uses Microsoft Office anyway so I'd like to sell everyone on using Loop for internal documentation instead of Sharepoint once Loop gets a little more robust. But can't hurt to start documenting some stuff rather than later.

    Sean,

Have you been able to try Loop with your personal Microsoft account?

That works now and will allow you to try Loop before we get this resolved. If you have this option, you can try Loop today.

    Thanks again for your patience!

    Derek

    Hey Derek,

Thank you for the response. I know that the issues we're experiencing are likely equally as frustrating for you. I appreciate your help in this matter and trying to resolve the various issues being faced.

I'm very excited to try Loop and be an early evangelist for the tool at my company. I look forward to finally creating my first workspace.

Please keep us updated as fixes roll out.

    Thanks,

    Sean
