Problems getting started error message on every workspace

Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Same error since I first tried Loop a few weeks ago. Basically unusable as all my work is lost when I close the working tab.

    Tom,

    We appreciate your patience.

I have shared this session with Engineering so we can determine the cause.

    Thanks,
    Derek

    Hi Derek,

We are still struggling with this issue at our end and are very keen to try it out. I've previously shared our session ID but sharing again in case it was missed. Thanks for your help.
