Problems getting started error message on every workspace

Really excited to try but all our users are getting:

"Oops!

We couldn't save the Loop workspace and pages you've created. They'll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate awya from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again."

Any ideas on what is wrong?

    To help us debug this issue:

    • Go to the "..." Menu in the top right corner of a Loop page
    • Click "About"
    • Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy the session ID and app version
    • Email that with a description of your problem to *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

    This will give us more context as to what's causing these issues saving workspaces and pages. Thanks for helping us make Loop better!

    Cannot save workspaces.

    1. Create a Workspace
    2. After workspace is created we get this error...
      We couldn’t save the Loop workspace and pages you’ve created. They’ll be lost as soon as you refresh or navigate away from this page. Copy anything from them you want to keep and paste it somewhere else. Then, please try to create this workspace again.
    3. Workspace disappears after the page is reloaded.

    As said already, email missing on these posts so can't email...

    As well as Workspace saving and creation issues, clicking on Ideas just has the spinning circle and does nothing else. I get errors from the iOS app as well when trying to create pages, have send feedback from there too.
