Addons are getting deleted after adding it.

Hi! There is a problem in Microsoft PowerPoint LTSC Professional Plus 2021... After I install an add-on, it gets removed after installing it. After adding it, it works fine but, when I refresh in "manage add-ins", and open the tab with add-on again, it gets disappeared.

So how to fix this?

    1. The plug-in may not support it.

    This plugin may not support PPT Professional Enhanced 2021.

    1. Restart the computer and reopen the PPT view.
    2. It may be that the add-in is not enabled, File> Options> Add-Ins> Manage: COM Add-Ins> GO will open the COM add-in window and check it, confirm to see if it can be enabled.
    3. The component may be damaged.
