Cant find Insider button within my Account

I have a 365 personal subscription for Office, yet cant seem to access the insider program. Am the admin for this (my personal) computer. Have also tried updating manually and appear to be on the latest version.

Help?

    Sorry, I missed this reply.

    • Yes, I believe I had a non-subscription version of Excel before installed on my machine.
    • Yes, my Office is updated to the latest version (Version 2410 Build 18129.20116)
    • And yes, the adding to ribbon allowed me to click and opt in to the program. The name of the command as it appeared for me is 'Microsoft Office Insider' not plain 'Office Insider'.

    Happy to mark as solved but still unsure as why it the button wasn't showing in the usual place.

    I understand that you are having trouble finding the Microsoft 365 Preview Experience Portal in Excel.

    In order to better assist you, could you please share more information:

    • May I ask if your Office had a permanent version of Office license installed before?

    You can refer to the following steps before getting your accurate information:

    1. Check the Office version: Make sure you are using the latest version of Office. in Excel, click File -> Account -> Update Options -> Update Now -> to update Office.
    2. In Excel, click File->Options>Customize Functions>Select Commands not in Ribbon to see if there is an Office Insider, if so, please try to join it after adding it to the right toolbar.
