I have an Office 365 subscription through my work, after recently updating Office, every time I now open Word, Excel or PowerPoint, I am prompted to sign in and activate the product. When I try to, I get this error “Another account from your organisation is already signed in on this device". I have tried multiple suggestions as follow : Delete all Keychain entries relating to Office Uninstall Office and reinstall it via portal.office.com Install removal license tool Remove all Outlook accounts and add them (as suggested here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/word-and-excel-keep-prompting-for-activation-every/a055b722-574f-4dbc-974d-a8a336a119e7?messageId=c0435c83-9040-4180-8a22-d8f5850509c1 ) My Office apps are all up to date and I am running macOS Monterey Version 12.6. Excel for Mac version is 16.68. Thank you for your support. I got it finally. I had the same issue on the Iphone. I went to settings and searched for my office app, for example for word. --> Then went to "reset word" --> then i switched on "delete sign in credentials" When i openend word again i finally could log in into the organization

Hi there, I have the same problem and no more able to use this f*$$ùù OneNote app. I've tons of important notes and no way to get them offline now. Thank you so much Microsoft for this huge amount of time spent with trying to solve this issue, I've nothing more interesting to do. All other applications are working fine so I can't believe there is only one issue with OneNote. I think one is the rating I should give for this app. Anyway, I've tried almost everything and still no result. Don't know what I could do more, just no other choice to use MS products unfortunately. EDIT: I finally found a solution that did the trick. Actually, instead of entering my credentials using the OneNote pop up window, I did reauthenticated through MS Word....... After that, I was able to log in on OneNote. Just one more example how that MS stuff is developed...... no comment.

I got it finally.
