CoPilot within Office 365 has been announced to the press, but it is not yet available to beta testers.
Keep your installation up to date to be among the first to get to test co-pilot.
Microsoft rolls out new features in "rings" or phases. Not everyone will have co-pilot at the same time. There's a ton a variables among them geographic location and license type, Microsoft has not announced the release schedule so far, but it is likely to come very soon.

As of March 2023, Copilot is only available in technical preview mode and is accessible through OpenAI's Codex platform. Access to Copilot is currently limited to selected users who have applied for early access through the OpenAI website. If you have been accepted into the technical preview program, you can install Copilot by following the instructions provided by OpenAI.........
