Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup

MS Word for Mac version 16.14
No changes to system. Word update installed yesterday, since that time, Word alone can't print from the system, pops this error each time before the print dialogue. Will not print. Other MS Office products still working fine (excel, etc). Printing from any other application on system also works fine. Reboot did not help either.
Any other ideas?

Since installing the Microsoft Word update today, I go to print and get the same error message: "Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup." I can print once, then not again. Cannot save to PDF either. Using Microsoft Word 16.14 on a 2017 Macbook Pro on High Sierra version 10.13.5.
Please help!

2018-06-13T19:55:57+00:00 I have the very same issue. Updated to Word 16.14, and the first item I tried to print after updating gave the error message.
It's unfortunate that updates are released with bugs in them. It seems this has been a problem over a month and it's still not resolved. I'm going back to a previous release. Do to much printing to mess with this.
Even the normal workaround of opening as a PDF & printing that way doesn't work. It's as though Word doesn't recognize the document at all.
