Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup

MS Word for Mac version 16.14

No changes to system. Word update installed yesterday, since that time, Word alone can't print from the system, pops this error each time before the print dialogue. Will not print. Other MS Office products still working fine (excel, etc). Printing from any other application on system also works fine. Reboot did not help either.

Any other ideas?

Updated to 16.4.1 (180613) today and it seems to have fixed the bug.

I have just done the insider fast build of office365 for mac and now the printing is working fine.

I'm printing to an Epson WF-4630.

Reasonably quick fix by MS standards ...

Exact same issue after installing 16.14.18061000. Occurring on 10.12 and 10.13 machines that I've seen. All with Konica Minolta printers with current drivers.

Workaround of setting default printer to some temporary printer using generic PS driver seems to enable printing on the Konica Minolta devices again.

I have the same problem now after upgrading to version 16.14 (180610).

OS 10.13.5, Epson L805.

Affects only Word. Quite a nuisance!

Same problem here in Word with a Canon MG4200 series printer. Only affecting Word version 16.14 (180602). Come on Microsoft full your finger out this is a major inconvenience.
