Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup

MS Word for Mac version 16.14

No changes to system.  Word update installed yesterday, since that time, Word alone can't print from the system, pops this error each time before the print dialogue. Will not print.  Other MS Office products still working fine (excel, etc). Printing from any other application on system also works fine.  Reboot did not help either.

Any other ideas?

Updated to 16.4.1 (180613) today and it seems to have fixed the bug.

    Nope.  I have version 16.15 (180612), so that update didn't even apply to me.

    Thanks a lot Cindy. Your suggestion worked fine for me. I am back to printing and exporting to PDF, things I was unable to do before you shared your fix.

    I have been having this issue on a number of computers, so far the only workaround I have had work is to delete all the print presets, quit word and use only the "default settings" preset to print with.  

    I tried creating new presets but the problem comes right back again.
