Updates about new features, products, or events, and the process of enrolling in programs.
Hi Silvanet_1,
Can you send a screen capture of the product info just to see what is currently there. We can go from there.
Thanks

Both Office 365 and Outlook are doing this.
I go to Outlook and a notification says an update is available. I download and install the update files, then next time I go to Outlook I get the same notification. This repeats always.
The same with Office 365. I get the notification. I click and confirm I want to download. Then click to install downloaded update, but next time I open Office 365 I get the same notification from my tray. It's just sort of annoying.
On the category I selected Office. On the topic I didn't know what applied. I selected Office insider since I am signed up for that. For the Insider Topic I also didn't know what to select. I picked Program Announcement and registration. If these are essential, I may be asking in the completely wrong location.

Oops, I forgot to add, when I go over to Insider program information (I'm registered), I see it is in version 1710 (Build 8625.xxxx), and I am also NOT getting that.
Thanks, keep trying. I go to an O365 app, like Word, open account information:
I'm running version 1709 (Build 8528.2084). When I try to update now, it appears to find and asks if I want to download and install. I respond yes, but nothing happens. The same annoying notification constantly repeats. I see that Build 8528.2139 is available, but I don't get it delivered and installed.
Hi Silvanet,
Thanks for the info. Insider updates fairly regularly but definitely not that often. I'll contact the product team and we'll see what's up.
If you have a smiley-face button in the upper right, click and send this report as it goes right to the team, as well as share some info about Office and the device that really helps with troubleshooting.
Thanks.

Began with Office 365 directly from Microsoft, then installed insider build. Using Win 10 Professional on PC.
