Outlook search bar moved to the title!?

Has anyone seen this before. Any advise on how to move back to default position?

    You are creating a file in Notepad. 

    Just open Notepad, copy and paste:

    <Configuration>

    <Updates Enabled="TRUE" TargetVersion="16.0.12624.20466" />

    </Configuration>

    Then save as "Config.xml" in the same folder you put the Setup.exe file in.  (I just made a file named "Office" and put both in there.)

    Change xxxxx.yyyyy to 12624.20466

    Also, once you have completed all the steps, you may need to restart to get it to take effect.
