    Hi Prince,

I tried troubleshooting, and now I can create a new video. However, whenever I try to open the previously created video I get the same error.

    Hello Saurao,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems you’re encountering an issue with Clipchamp while using the Chrome browser on your Mac.  Just to set your expectations, we have limited tools to check your account, subscription, and service details in the community. Let me do my best to help you.

Let’s troubleshoot this together! Here are some steps you can try to resolve the problem:

    1. Update Your Browser: Make sure your Chrome browser is up-to-date. Outdated browsers can sometimes cause unexpected errors. You can check for updates by going to the Chrome menu (three dots in the top-right corner) > Help > About Google Chrome.
    2. Clear Browser Cache: Cached data can sometimes interfere with web applications. Try clearing your browser cache by going to Chrome menu > More tools > Clear browsing data. Select the appropriate time range and clear cached images and files.
    3. Restart Your Browser: Close and reopen your Chrome browser. Sometimes a fresh start can resolve issues.
    4. Close Other Browser Tabs or Windows: Having too many open tabs or windows can consume memory and affect performance. Close unnecessary tabs or windows to free up resources.
    5. Avoid Incognito Mode: If you’re using Clipchamp in an incognito mode, try using it in a regular browsing window. Some features may not work properly in incognito mode.
    6. Check for Extensions: Certain browser extensions (such as translation plugins, privacy tools, or ad blockers) can interfere with Clipchamp. Disable any extensions you have installed, then reload Clipchamp to see if the issue persists. Remember, these are general troubleshooting steps, and they might help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Clipchamp’s support or checking their official documentation for specific solutions. How to get in touch with Clipchamp support - Microsoft Support
