PowerPoint and Outlook not recognizing some fonts

I'm running Office 365 on a Mac and the latest updates for both programs eliminate their ability to recognize my company's branded fonts. The fonts appear in the font list inside of each program, but Outlook appears to be using Arial in their place and PowerPoint appears to be using Calibri.

The fonts are installed on my computer for every user, and other programs (Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Cloud) still recognize them.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the fonts, rebuilding my Mac's font cache, resolving duplicates in font book, copying the fonts into the office compatible folder in font book, even copying the font files directly into the font folder inside of the contents of the Outlook app (Outlook > Resources > Fonts). The only thing that works is to uninstall and reinstall Office completely, (and avoid all updates).

    Hi Evangeline,

What version of Office Insider are you using? You can see the version and build by clicking the App name on the top line, and then clicking About [app name] (like About Outlook).

    Thanks
