I can't get the automatic Ink-to-Text pen to show up on my windows device. I meet all the criteria. what am I missing?

Thanks for that. Also for the Ink.Handwriting.Main.Store.En-US.1.0, click on the three dots "..." and select "Advanced options". then on the detailed page, can you get a screen shot of the "specifications" section (which starts with Publisher, version, app, data, and total usages)
Also were you able to provide in-app feedback inside of OneNote? I don't think I saw it yet.

Can you open Windows Settings, and in the "Apps" section, goto "Installed Apps" and search for "Ink". Can you provide a screen shot of what it finds as being installed?
