I can't get the automatic Ink-to-Text pen to show up on my windows device. I meet all the criteria. what am I missing?

2024-09-11T18:10:08+00:00 I just adjusted some settings to allow o365 insider... and did a test on my computer. I don't have a pen or touchscreen, i was just seeing how to enable this. If I do this for our user with the pen\touchscreen is this going to get us to where we need to be?
