Can't join Microsoft 365 Insider

Hi. I'm trying to join Microsoft 365 Insider, but I can't find the button needed to join under the account tab. I have 2 subscriptions, one personal and one business, and when I switch to any of them, I still can't find the button as per the below screenshot on this link.

I would appreciate your support to help me get access to the insider program

    If you are an administrator on your device, open command prompt as an admin, run this command to get the Microsoft 365 Insider tab to show up (make sure all your Office apps are closed):

    reg add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\common /v insiderslabbehavior /t REG_DWORD /d 1

    Reopen Office apps go to File --> Account and click on Microsoft 365 Insider tab, choose Beta or Current Channel Preview options.
