Hi Support,

Recently, I have changed outlook as Outlook preview.

Its good where we can control and do the entire changes in outlook Preview. Instead of login to outlook Web mail, we can do it everything in Outlook Preview. Its look same as copy of outlook Web Interface.

My question is that I am not able to save emails in outlook preview. Earlier in outlook, there is an option and if we click on file ,where we can able to save the email to out different folder.

In outlook preview, where is the file option to save the emails. I am able to download the emails in outlook preview and that emails are going to download folder. From Download folder, i am copying this email to another folder and consuming hours also.

Please guide us in Outlook Preview, where is the file to save the emails. Files are missing and finding difficult to save the outlook emails.

I have shared the screenshot in earlier outlook and outlook preview file folder are missing in order to find it difficult to save the emails.

    Before I can answer your questions, can I find out first the exact name of the version of the Office application? Is it Microsoft 365 Family/Personal or Business? See this article for instructions: About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support

    Are you on MAC computer or Windows PC?

    Thank you for getting back and for providing that information.

    I tried to replicate on my end by checking on my Outlook application and I still see and able to save email directly to my download folder on my computer.

    To further isolate the problem, may I know what is the email address you have on your Outlook? Just provide us the domain if it is @outlook.com, @hotmail.com or something else?

    What is the configuration of your email? Is it on IMAP, POP or Microsoft Exchange?

    In the meantime, I would suggest testing by creating a new profile for your email on Outlook, then see if you can see the "save" option under file. To create a new profile, please refer to this article here. Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support
