Signatures no longer working

Since the last update, my signatures are no longer functioning. When I select signatures in a new email window, it does not list any - it is simply blank, the divider bar, and then the menu option to open the Signature editing panel:

Then, once in the Signature editing panel, only my signatures for my exchange-based email account appear. Otherwise, all of my email accounts appear when I click the drop-down menu to select a different (IMAP/Gmail) account, but when I select any of the non-exchange email accounts, it shows "Accounts are not available.":

If I then click on the drop-down again, it opens a pop-up window stating "This option is available only when Microsoft Outlook is running. Do you want to start Outlook?"

Regardless of if I select either Yes or No, nothing happens.

Clearly, Outlook is already running, I am using Outlook to test this stuff. My signatures are there in the appdata folder as well, so it is not an issue of missing signatures either.

The steps I have attempted to resolve:

delete and remake signatures
run Outlook in safe mode
fully uninstall and reinstall office
delete all accounts, fully uninstalling and reinstalling office, and then adding the accounts again

This issue only started occurring earlier this week. So, is this just a beta issue, or is my office/outlook just completely broken?

I posted this earlier but to see if you can get Contact Support working do the following:

Click Windows Start button, search for Regedit and open it. Navigate to path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Diagnostics

If you don't see the reg key SupportEntitlementState, create it and set it just like I have above.

Right click on Diagnostics, new Dword value and name it SupportEntitlementState.

Double click on SupportEntitlementState and set Data value 3.

Restart Outlook and try to create a ticket again via Help, Contact Support. You will know its working when it starts to collect logs. If you get this far persist through the windows until a ticket is created.

Hi all,

A quick update that the next signature fix will be in Beta build 15603.10000 that should go out sometime next week or so.

I am also investigating why Contact Support is not working.

For those of you on Beta that cannot create an In App Ticket via Help, Contact Support, can you please collect this log below and post the specifics. The log is fairly innocuous. If you see anything private let me know and I will contact you via Forum Moderation.

First:

Go to Help, Contact Support and attempt to submit a ticket.

Second:

Please post the contents of this log file:

C:\Users<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Outlook Logging*ContactSupportReliability.log*
