Hi all,
For those still seeing the issue can you please also check on the latest Beta Build 15522.20000 and let me know if you still repro it?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Since the last update, my signatures are no longer functioning. When I select signatures in a new email window, it does not list any - it is simply blank, the divider bar, and then the menu option to open the Signature editing panel:
Then, once in the Signature editing panel, only my signatures for my exchange-based email account appear. Otherwise, all of my email accounts appear when I click the drop-down menu to select a different (IMAP/Gmail) account, but when I select any of the non-exchange email accounts, it shows "Accounts are not available.":
If I then click on the drop-down again, it opens a pop-up window stating "This option is available only when Microsoft Outlook is running. Do you want to start Outlook?"
Regardless of if I select either Yes or No, nothing happens.
Clearly, Outlook is already running, I am using Outlook to test this stuff. My signatures are there in the appdata folder as well, so it is not an issue of missing signatures either.
The steps I have attempted to resolve:
This issue only started occurring earlier this week. So, is this just a beta issue, or is my office/outlook just completely broken?

As of end of day 7\27\22 this was still broken for me even with latest beta build loaded. Could not take any additional time to deal with the problem at this point so I jumped back to stable. I noticed on Reddit someone reported the same issue on the mac version. The only other detail I've not seen mentioned in this thread is my install is 32 bit version of Outlook.
I don't have a "SupportEntitlementState" key. How to add?
(I have been on Beta for years and never had issues, and am always happy to ride out any storms. This is true of so many s/w engineers, though, they fix the problem on THEIR machine, they presume it's fixed in the wild. The point with testing, etc., is to say it's not fixed, not to be given a customer support runaround...)
IU,
If you can get a ticket submitted the team can look into it further. If the issue is too problematic, please switch to a production channel.
When I have seen contact support not work in the past it was due to a reg key. Check this key:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Diagnostics
Make sure SupportEntitlementState=3
If its already that number then make sure you are signed in with your account under File, Office Account, User Information.
Oh! And your "Contact Support" option is for the birds.
After typing in my problem statement, it provides links to Help articles and a link to.... Answers.Microsoft.com.
NOT what I'd expect in a Beta environment, for sure.
And I *AM* connected to a personal account, not a "school or work account".
I was willing to be patient with something broken in a test environment, but the circularity of dealing with it after you say it has been "fixed" is maddening.
