How to leave Office Insider Program

I´m the sysadmin for a small office. I/we are on Win10 1909, and share a common login. I/my/our login are currently in the Office Insider program. Our PC´s include Office 2016 single licences/installs, and my/others Office 365 subscriptions. Somehow the Office 2016 installs seem to have updated to the latest Office Insider builds, which is not what we wanted to happen. Questions:

-How does I/my/our login leave the Office Insider program? (I note that from the Office app(s), clicking File -> Account does not show an Office Insider tile).

-How do I revert or uninstall/reinstall the Office 2016 single licences/installs to, say the last build of Office 2016, and prevent them from updating beyond that?
