Conditional Formatting in Outlook for Mac

Hello-

I would like to be able to use conditional formatting in Outlook for Mac. Specifically, how can I change the font color/format of subject lines in Outlook for Mac (Desktop Outlook, not the Web application)?

In windows, this is very easy to do (see here)

If this is impossible due to a lack of this feature in the Mac version of Outlook, I used to be able to use a workaround to make sure important email threads are very visible by just flagging my emails and Outlook for Mac (desktop version). Flagging them would highlight the email so that it was very visible. But that does not work anymore, flagged edon'ts dont change the appearance of the email except for a tiny red flag (it used to highlight the whole email a slightly off shade yellow).

I guess Jamille doesn't have the heart to say that the Conditional Format feature is Windows only, but that is the case.

Using a rule you can set the category, which places a color dot by message subjects.
