Outlook PRE (office 365) UI/UX issues - No other method to seek support has worked.

Recently swapped to the Outlook Work Preview (for better and for worse) and have tried getting support. I've encountered numerous UX/UI issues that the people working the in-app support can't figure out. These aren't errors or error messages, this is how the UI works in the current iteration and my issues with it. Providing in-app feedback goes nowhere and has solved nothing so far so I'm using a link I found searching for solutions and landed here. Apologies if this is the wrong place, I'm fairly frustrated dealing with being an unwilling beta tester with no true channel to report feedback or bugs. (And for those who say "just go back" I can't; the toggle to return to original outlook no longer exists within my app).

  1. Keyboard shortcuts on the calendar to copy/paste/etc. events and meetings do not work.
  2. Mouse click behavior broken on PRE 2023 Calendar view. When trying to move around the calendar, you select days on CLICK-RELEASE instead of on-click. (i.e. letting go of your mouse button is what selects the day). This is a depressingly poor design decision if intended. Mouse behavior is fine in all other apps, just broken inside outlooks calendar view.
  3. Unable to select multiple days in the calendar to create appointments. I frequently work longer running task items and block off days or weeks worth of time at once. In old outlook I could just select days, hit new meeting/event, and then type a quick title and hit save. Is this permanently gone now?

Unfortunately in PRE 2023 you have to select the day (which selects on click-release, as mentioned above), the select your start day, then select your start time (or all day) then select your end day, then select your end time (or all day), then enter a title, then click save. I'd like to create meetings/blocks on my calendar quickly again, anyone know how?

  1. When Downloading attachments it opens a until-closed pop-out window that you cannot disable/remove. No settings exist to change the behavior of the "download" pop-out, however much it sucks. I'm guessing there is no workaround for this?

In-app support was unable to understand any this with only text and taking days to "reply", or why it's exceptionally frustrating when you do a lot of work in your calendar to have appointment/meeting creation go from 15 seconds to significantly more per appointment. I know it doesn't sound like much, but it feels like a ton. I've tried every setting I can change and nothing changes any of the above issues.

Version

You have Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2023.816.100 (Production). (This sure doesn't read like a "work preview" version...)Client Version is 20230818006.09 .
